Chance" or not likely.  I imagine the sound of Hell Freezing Over to be like

For several several several several years the American public was inindated
with a cereal comercial whose motto was "TRIX are for kids".  In each
comercial was a poor excuse for a rabbit who desired more than anything to
get a bowl of Trix.  These commercials were stupid.  Occasionally today, 24
years later, you can still from time to time see a Trix commercial.  The
bottom line, the rabbit NEVER got the Trix.
